Dewaxing plants

In the dewaxing plants, vehicles which were preserved with paraffin are dewaxed with a special system. A continuous conveyor transports the waxed vehicles through an insulated tunnel system. In the tunnel a special spray system depreserves all waxed vehicles by applying hot treated water and solvent to the vehicles.

This contact-free depreservation method does not damage the lacquering of the new vehicles. The depreservation process consists of the following work steps: pre-washing, main washing, rinsing, final rinsing and drying. For smaller vehicle quantities we also provide synchronized cabin plants. In this version, 2 to 3 vehicles are depreserved in one operation.
